Description
Style of Gothic architecture commonly in use 1240 to 1290 AD, or in Victorian Gothic revival work. Relies on simple symmetrical shapes in intersecting moulded ribwork, especially circles and trefoils
Similar strong geometric features influence the cathedral oculus windows (image 3).
